Many Indians who post their email on message board get offers for transferring large amounts of money to their account. These offers are from West African countries like Nigeria, Benin, Togo, Ghana.  However a fee has to be paid in advance. After the fee is paid, the sender never receives any money. 

We received the following email from a visitor to our website.

Reply: Indian citizens are not allowed to send money to foreign countries through Western Union. The company from Nigeria appears to be a fraud and you will lose all your money. Please read about advance money transfer fee scam
